Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlanMyBite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PlanMyBite, operated by Sarga LLC.

Service Description

PlanMyBite is an AI-powered meal planning service that generates personalized meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists based on your dietary preferences, restrictions, and nutritional goals. The service uses artificial intelligence to create customized recommendations for individuals and families.

Account Registration

To use PlanMyBite, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, you will need to subscribe to continue using the service.

Subscription

After your free trial, PlanMyBite costs $4.99 per month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. Payment is processed through Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@planmybite.com within 7 days of a charge for refund consideration.

AI-Generated Content

Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Nutritional information, cooking times, and ingredient quantities are estimates and may not be perfectly accurate. Always use your own judgment when preparing meals.

Allergens

Although our AI considers your stated allergies and dietary restrictions, it is your responsibility to verify ingredients and check for allergens before consuming any meal. Cross-contamination risks are not assessed by our service.

Not Medical Advice

PlanMyBite does not provide medical or professional nutritional advice. Consult with a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have health conditions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our AI systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract content from our service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated content commercially

Intellectual Property

The PlanMyBite service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Sarga LLC. AI-generated meal plans and recipes created for you may be used for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain no ownership rights over the AI models or algorithms used to generate content.

Privacy

Your use of PlanMyBite is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PlanMyBite may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanMyBite and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or health issues arising from the use of AI-generated meal plans. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlanMyBite and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of PlanMyBite shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of PlanMyBite after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Miscellaneous

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, Travis County.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PlanMyBite.
